Input these things into the fields:
- Average Deal Value: The typical revenue generated per closed deal.
- Margin (%): Your profit margin percentage.
- Average Closing Rate (%): The percentage of quotes that successfully convert into deals.
- Lead to Quote Rate (%): How many % of the leads you get can you actually send quotes to? (Basically, how many % of leads are ”good”)
- Number of Leads: Monthly generated leads through your marketing efforts.
- Cost Per Lead (CPA): The investment required to generate each lead. (All marketing & agency spending divided by the number of leads you get)
