Grillkung, part of BBQ Experten, is a Swedish leader in the outdoor cooking industry, offering an extensive product range that includes grills, accessories, and tools for outdoor cooking and grilling. Their focus is on providing an exceptional customer experience, driven by deep product expertise, a passion for outdoor cooking, and commitment to educating and supporting customers on their BBQ journey.
Challenge
Grillkung set ambitious goals to drive profitable growth, aiming to scale from SEK 0 to 100 million in revenue while ensuring robust cash flow to support long-term sustainability. Key challenges included:
- Rapid implementation to capture the high season that would start in just four weeks.
